Balance the outcomes

Responsible gambling and calculator limits

Understanding probability does not make a bet risk-free. Treat the calculator as an explanation of possible outcomes, not a reason to wager or chase a loss.

Set limits before playing

Only use money you can afford to lose, and decide on spending and time limits in advance. Stopping a session does not change the mathematics, but it ends further exposure.

A mathematical margin has practical limits

A calculated margin does not guarantee an executable or profitable set of bets. Rejected stakes, changed odds, mismatched rules and voids can leave exposure. Do not increase stakes to recover earlier losses.

The arb calculator shows the lowest rounded result for the inputs you enter. It cannot account for a bet that is refused, voided or settled under different rules.

When gambling stops feeling manageable

Pause and seek qualified local support if gambling is affecting your finances, relationships or wellbeing. The National Council on Problem Gambling website provides US help resources and current contact options.
