Cookie policy
Arb Calculator does not set cookies. This page lists the one item the site stores in your browser, explains each cookie category and shows how to change or withdraw your choice.
Last updated
The short version
- arbcalculator.co sends no cookies to your browser on any page.
- No analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party services are loaded.
- One local storage entry, arb-consent, remembers the choice you make in the cookie banner.
- Optional services, if any are added in future, will load only after you allow them.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps data on your device, but it is never sent to the server automatically. Rules on consent usually cover both, so this policy treats them together.
What this site stores
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| arb-consent | Local storage | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you accepted, rejected or customised optional categories, and when | 12 months, then we ask again |
The calculator itself stores nothing. Odds, stakes and results are kept in the page only while it is open.
Cookie categories explained
Strictly necessary: in use
Storage the site needs to work as you asked. Here that is only the record of your cookie choice. It cannot be switched off in the settings, because without it the banner would reappear on every page.
Functional: not used
Functional storage would remember preferences such as your display currency between visits. The site does not do this today; the currency resets to USD on each visit.
Analytics: not used
Analytics tools measure visits and how pages are used. The site runs none, so we do not know how you use it beyond what appears in the short-lived server logs described in the privacy policy.
Advertising: not used
Advertising cookies track visitors across sites to show or measure ads. The site shows no advertising and loads no ad or tracking code.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
The banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Every optional category is off until you turn it on. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page, or with the button below. Withdrawing consent stops any optional service from loading from the next page you open.
Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes the saved choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Third-party cookies
None. Other websites we link to, such as gambling support organisations, may set their own cookies under their own policies once you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we add a service that uses cookies or similar storage, it will be listed here before it goes live, and it will not run until you allow its category. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
