- Questions about the formulas, rounding or assumptions explained on the About page.
- Accessibility problems, such as something you cannot reach with a keyboard or screen reader.
- Privacy requests about data described in the privacy policy.
- Suggestions for features or clearer explanations.
Reporting a calculation error
Please include:
- The calculator mode: 2-way, 3+ outcomes or back/lay.
- Every value you entered, exactly as typed: odds, stake, commission and back bet type.
- The display currency you selected.
- The result the calculator showed, and the result you expected with how you worked it out.
- Your browser and device, if the problem looks like a display issue.
Do not send betting account logins, card details or other financial information. We never need them.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recommend bets or operators, and we have no access to any bookmaker or exchange account. Disputes about a settled bet, a voided bet or a restricted account need to go to the operator concerned, and then to the regulator or complaints body named in its terms.
If gambling is causing you harm, please do not wait for a reply from us. Responsible play lists where to find support.
How we handle your message
Your email is used only to answer you. It passes through our registrar's email-forwarding service on its way to us, and is deleted once it has been dealt with. The privacy policy explains this in full.
